Bilby Helps Kids with Cancer

The Bilby team donated their
talent to help Cure our Kids raise much needed fund for Children
with Cancer, at the 2004 Rawhide Charity Event.
Rawhide is a fantastic trip back to the Wild
Wild West.
The day started very early with the 3801 steam
train leaving from central station on a 3 hour trip to Bundanoon.
The Bundanoon was transformed into a Wild West Saloon for the day.
Bilby Director Maria Cauchi Simpson, produced
a fantastic show complete with fabulous dancing Can Can Girls,
Miss Meg as the Chanteuse accompanied by the talented Mr Mark Pigot
on the piano. John L. Simpson performed in the role of the Town
Mayor was the Master of Ceremonies.
Leigh and Kylie McRae were both excellent
as the Sheriff and his Wife.
Bilby’s own magician Rod Junor delighted
the audience with his slight of hand.
“Without exaggeration, I think it is
fair to say the Bilby troop of amazingly talented and wonderful
actors, dancers and musicians were responsible in the making our
event the triumph it was.” Said Kirsty Hunter from Cure our
Kids.
