Christine “Krissy” GrantCostume DesignerKrissy studied fashion in 1984 and has been costuming ever since. She trained under costume designer Judith Dorsman for 2 years before launching into her own costume design business. Over the last 12 years she has been running her own successful costume hire business in Yagoona. The shop has been awarded various business awards and is considered as one of the best in Sydney. Krissy worked on the ‘original’ Hot Shoe Shuffle, Reg Livermores’ Big Sister and has designed pantomimes for Christmas at the Opera, A Movable Theatre and Bilby Productions. She has also costumed for theatre restaurants, various short films, and a multitude of events for corporate companies. Krissy was also head Costume maker for the Sydney Paralympics Opening Ceremony 2000 Her latest costume design credits include “Leader of the Pack” and the live action film “The Ball”. |
